Working principle

A rotary drum granulator primarily consists of a rotating drum, support device, transmission system, spray system, and control system. During operation, powdered or liquid raw materials are fed into the rotating drum. The rotation of the drum causes the materials to tumble and gradually agglomerate into nuclei. Simultaneously, an appropriate amount of binder or water is added through the spray system to promote granule formation and growth. As the drum continues to rotate, the granules gradually grow to the desired size and are eventually discharged through the discharge port.
