The main process of granular organic fertilizer production line: fermentation-crushing-screening-batching-mixing-granulating-drying. If drying is not performed, during the storage period ,the granules will lump in the packages due to moisture. According to the "Organic Fertilizer Standards", the moisture (free water) of organic fertilizer contains ≤30%. The processed particles contain a moisture of 20% -40%according to the material characteristics. In order to meet the standards, dry drying is indispensable.

Organic fertilizer dryer can increase the strength of the granules. The strength is too low, in the process of handling is easy to cause the damage rate of granules increase. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of commercialization, granule organic fertilizer production line also needs to dry after granulation. At the same time, as a commercialized particle organic fertilizer, it takes time to store time from packaging to application of crops. This requires ensuring that organic fertilizer is kept as long as possible without reducing the nutrients of fertilizers. However, as the volatilization of water in the particles and the decrease in the strength of the particles often cause nutrient loss, so it is essential for drying after granules.
