How does chicken manure organic fertilizer be too smelly in production do?

In the organic fertilizer production line, the most critical preparation stage is the fermentation stage. Organic substances such as chicken manure can only be used as raw materials for organic fertilizers if they are completely decomposed by fermentation. In the process of organic fertilizer production, we can always smell the stink, which mainly comes from the rot and deterioration of raw materials, the fermentation of organic fertilizer and the drying of organic fertilizer. During the fermentation process, as the pH value of the compost increases, a large amount of ammonia gas will be produced, and the stink produced by the decay of organic matter will be released in large quantities during the compost turning process of the compost turning machine. There are many kinds of substances in the malodorous gas in the production of organic fertilizers. Generally, there are ammonia smell, hydrogen sulfide smell, etc., which will cause different degrees of damage to human breathing, digestion, cardiovascular, endocrine and nervous systems, and will also cause certain pollution to the environment.

Here we will share some methods for deodorization.

1. Biological deodorization method:
The most widely used method in the production of organic fertilizers is the biological deodorization method. This method is to decompose and transform the odor components through biochemical reactions under the action of organisms to achieve the purpose of deodorization.  At present, more applications are to use microorganisms to deal with odor. The advantages of this method are low operating cost, saving energy and resources, and easy maintenance.

2. Ventilation method:

Open the doors and windows of all production equipment that produces foul odors for ventilation; if conditions do not permit, exhaust fans or exhaust fans can be installed to speed up air circulation.

3. Adsorption method:

Activated carbon is one of the most widely used adsorbents. It has dual characteristics of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, and can selectively adsorb various substances in the air.
