Precautions for making bio-organic fertilizer from sheep manure

Sheep manure is the organic fertilizer raw material commonly used in high-quality bio-organic fertilizer production line. It is rich in nutrients such as organic matter and NPK, and is an organic fertilizer with high nutrient content in poultry manure. However, sheep manure cannot be used directly as fertilizer. It must be fermented and processed into organic fertilizer before it can be used. So what precautions should be taken in the process of making sheep manure organic fertilizer?

In the organic fertilizer manufacturing process, the most important thing is the fermentation link, which depends on the quality of fertilizer granules.

1. Control the size of the material. The particle size of sheep manure and auxiliary raw materials must be less than 10mm, otherwise it needs to be pulverized.

2. Control the moisture of the material. Composting microorganisms are suitable for fermentation with a humidity of 50-60%, and a suitable humidity of 60-65%, so the moisture content of the material is adjusted to about 55-60%. And when the moisture reaches more than 65%, there is a higher probability that the dead tank will not ferment.

3. Control the ratio of sheep manure and auxiliary materials. During fermentation, straw, corn stalks, peanut stems and other organic matter can be used as auxiliary materials, and the ratio of sheep manure to auxiliary materials can be adjusted according to the requirements of fermentation water (generally 3:1).

In addition, we should also pay attention to the condition of the equipment when granulating. Pay attention to the temperature change of the fuselage at any time. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine bearing chamber are hot or noisy, stop the machine for inspection and add butter. When the bearing part of the reducer is burned, or accompanied by noise, it should be repaired in time and refueled. The machine temperature is high or low, and the speed is fast or slow, which can be dealt with in time according to the situation.
