Chain Compost Turning Machine
Chain type composting machine is a mechanical equipment used for aerobic fermentation treatment of organic waste (such as livestock manure, crop straw, organic waste, etc.), specially designed for large-scale composting sites or organic fertilizer production factories. Equipment Structure And Composition
The chain type stacker mainly consists of the following parts:
Chain flipping mechanism: composed of a sprocket, a chain, and flipping blades. The sprocket is driven by a motor, and the chain and blades penetrate deep into the material pile to achieve flipping and mixing of materials.
Walking system: including driving motor, reducer, walking wheels or tracks, used to drive equipment to move along the fermentation tank or composting area.

Security protection system: including limit switches, emergency stop buttons, etc., to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
Working Principle
The working principle of the chain flipping machine is: organic materials are stacked in the fermentation tank or composting area, and the equipment is moved to the top of the material pile through a walking system. The chain flipping mechanism penetrates deep into the material pile, and the chain wheel drives the chain and blade to rotate, flip and mix the materials, making the upper and lower layers of the materials fully in contact, increasing oxygen supply, promoting microbial activity, and accelerating the decomposition and transformation of organic materials. By regularly turning over piles, organic materials undergo aerobic fermentation under suitable conditions, ultimately producing mature organic fertilizers or bioenergy raw materials.
