July 29, 2025, Yong Peng, Malaysia | Dry Powder Roller Granulation Organic Fertilizer Production Line Installed

With the upgrading of green agriculture in Malaysia, market demand for granulated organic fertilizers and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers continues to rise. To address the pain points of traditional granulation processes, such as high energy consumption, cumbersome procedures, and unstable finished products, local companies in Yong Peng chose our roller extrusion granulation production line. On-site installation and system commissioning were fully completed on July 29, 2025, and it is about to officially commence production.

The biggest advantage of this roller granulation production line is its dry powder cold-press granulation process, breaking the limitations of traditional granulation that relies on humidification and drying. Fermented materials with a moisture content of 20%–30% can be directly granulated, significantly reducing production steps and lowering equipment investment and operating costs. The equipment is highly adaptable to various materials, processing oil palm waste, livestock and poultry manure, straw compost, mineral powder, and more. It can produce not only pure organic fertilizer granules but also NPK compound fertilizer granulation production, making it a multi-functional and cost-effective machine.

The entire production line boasts a high degree of automation, stable operation, low failure rate, and simple maintenance, making it highly suitable for the operational conditions of overseas customers. Compared to disc and drum granulators, roller granulators produce particles with a higher specific gravity and harder texture, making them less prone to pulverization and mold growth in tropical and humid environments, thus better suited for long-term warehousing and outdoor sales in Southeast Asia.

After the project is implemented, customers can achieve large-scale resource utilization of local agricultural, forestry, and livestock waste, producing high-quality granular organic fertilizer for widespread use in oil palm, fruit and vegetable, and flower cultivation, effectively improving soil and increasing crop yields. This project further validates the high adaptability and stability of our roller granulator equipment in the Southeast Asian market, becoming a benchmark site for the upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized organic fertilizer plants in Malaysia.
