Organic Fertilizer Production Line: A Magic Factory Transforming Waste into Treasure

Raw Material Pretreatment: The First Step in Organic Fertilizer Production Process

Entering the organic fertilizer production workshop, the first thing that catches your eye is the raw material storage area. Here, piled high are various organic wastes, including livestock and poultry manure, straw, and mushroom scraps. Modern pre-treatment equipment transforms this “agricultural waste” into valuable resources. The fertilizer crusher, with its low roar, pulverizes large lumps of raw material into uniform, small particles. The fertilizer mixer, like a meticulous chef, blends the various ingredients in precise proportions.

Fermentation: A Grand Ball for Microorganisms

Pre-treated raw materials are fed into the fermentation area, the most magical part of the entire production process. Within intelligently controlled fermentation tanks, billions of microorganisms are hard at work. Modern compost turning machine regularly turn the materials, preparing a grand dance for the microorganisms and allowing them ample exposure to oxygen. Temperature and humidity sensors monitor the fermentation environment , ensuring these “tiny workers” operate in optimal conditions. Typically, after 15-20 days, these once-despicable waste materials transform into dark brown humus with an earthy aroma.

Finishing: Creating Perfect Organic Fertilizer

Fermented materials enter the finishing stage. The fertilizer granulator shapes the loose humus into uniform, small granules, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also easier to transport and use. The fertilizer dryer uses low-temperature hot air technology to reduce moisture content without damaging beneficial bacteria. The fertilizer sifter acts as a rigorous quality inspector, ensuring that each fertilizer particle size falls within the standard range of 2-4mm. Finally, the packaging machine completes the packaging at a rate of 10-15 bags per minute. The neatly packaged finished bags are ready to nourish farmland.
