1, raw material collection and pretreatment: the organic waste such as biogas residue and sludge is collected, and the necessary pretreatment is carried out, such as removing impurities, regulating water, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent process.
2, fermentation and maturation: the pretreatment of raw materials into the fermentation equipment for fermentation and maturation. During the fermentation process, microorganisms decompose organic matter, generate heat and carbon dioxide, etc., and gradually transform raw materials into stable organic fertilizers.
3, grinding and mixing: the fermented and decomposed materials are crushed and mixed with other additives (such as inorganic fertilizers, microbial agents, etc.) to ensure the nutrient balance of fertilizers and the uniformity of particles.
4, granulation molding: the mixed material into the granulator for granulation molding. The fertilizer granulator can adjust the size and shape of the particles as needed to meet the needs of different users.
5, drying and cooling: the fertilizer after granulation is sent to the dryer for drying to remove excess water. The dried fertilizer needs to be fed into the cooler machine for cooling to prevent the fertilizer from clumping during storage and transportation.
