First, the fertilizer granulator hears a ticking sound every time it turns
Fault cause: 1. There are metal impurities in the ring die.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Check the inner surface of the ring die and remove metal impurities.
Second, the V-belt slips when fully loaded or slightly overloaded
Fault cause: 1. The V-belt tension is not enough; 2. The length of the V-belts in the same group is inconsistent; 3. The V-belt is greased; 4. The V-belt is in the wrong position; 5. The shape of the V-belt is wrong.
Troubleshooting method: 1. The V-belt should be tightened as required; 2. Replace the entire set of belts of the same brand; 3. Clean the V-belt and pulley; 4. Correct the motor and the intermediate pulley; 5. Use a qualified V-belt.

Third, the fertilizer granulator has insufficient output and the main motor is fully loaded.
Failure causes: 1. Due to excessive steam addition (only refers to materials that are particularly sensitive to temperature and humidity); 2. Due to the ring die being too thick; 3. Due to poor steam quality and high water content; 4. The material is not fully tempered; 5. The gap between the pressure roller and the ring die is too large; 6. Excessive wear of the pressure roller and the ring die; 7. The formula is not good or the crushing particle size is too large.
Troubleshooting methods: 1. Add less steam; 2. Use a ring die thickness suitable for the material; 3. The air supply system should be readjusted; 4. Increase the amount of steam added or extend the tempering time; 5. Readjust the gap; 6. Replace the pressure roller and the ring die; 7. Adjust the formula or replace the small-aperture screen.
