June 2, 2025, Pakistan | Organic Fertilizer Production Line Installation and Commissioning Site

Pakistan has a developed agricultural industry, but farmland suffers from soil compaction and fertility loss. Simultaneously, the large amounts of manure generated by livestock farming cannot be effectively treated, polluting the rural environment. To achieve crop-livestock integration and improve soil quality, local agricultural clients purchased our company’s complete organic fertilizer processing equipment. On June 2, 2025, the equipment officially arrived on-site for comprehensive installation, wiring, and material-based commissioning. The entire set of equipment is adapted to the local small-to-medium-sized organic fertilizer processing production needs.

The equipment deployed this time is a customized small-to-medium-sized organic fertilizer production line. Its core configuration includes a semi-wet material crusher, a horizontal twin-shaft mixer, a drum screen, an automatic conveyor, and an electrical control system. It is suitable for local mainstream organic raw materials such as cow manure, sheep manure, and crop straw. The equipment can process fermentation raw materials with a moisture content of 35%-50%, with an adjustable crushing fineness of 30-60 mesh. The output is uniform and free of impurities. The production line operates stably, with low energy consumption and low noise, meeting local power supply conditions and outdoor operating environments. The entire equipment system requires no complex civil engineering work, featuring a modular assembly design that significantly shortens the installation cycle.

During the on-site installation phase, our technical team strictly adhered to overseas installation standards, completing equipment alignment and fixing, wiring organization, electrical control system debugging, and no-load and loaded test runs, systematically identifying and addressing any potential operational hazards. Simultaneously, targeted practical training was provided to the client’s operators, explaining equipment start-up and shutdown procedures, material proportioning, fineness adjustment, routine dust removal and maintenance, and simple troubleshooting techniques.

Currently, the entire equipment system has completed all installation and commissioning work and is ready for mass production. Once operational, it can efficiently utilize local livestock and agricultural waste, producing high-quality organic fertilizer that is widely used in fruit, vegetable, and grain crop cultivation, effectively improving soil quality and increasing crop yield, providing reliable equipment support for the development of green agriculture in Pakistan.

This successful deployment marks the birth of a fully functional commercial organic fertilizer production line tailored to Pakistan’s conditions. From the organic fertilizer fermentation process — where windrow turning and aeration ensure rapid maturation — to the final shaping stage, the organic fertilizer granulator series (including disc and drum options) can be seamlessly integrated to produce uniform, easy‑to‑apply granules. This complete system not only transforms livestock waste into a valuable soil amendment but also provides a scalable model for sustainable agriculture, reducing chemical fertiliser dependence and boosting crop resilience across the region.
