Chicken manure dryer is a new type of chicken manure treatment equipment. The whole machine consists of a drying plate, a drive device, an electrical control, a conveyor belt to transport wet chicken manure, and an auger to transport dry chicken manure. Through air circulation, the moisture in the chicken manure is taken away, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drying of the chicken manure (generally about 48 hours).
Workflow: Fresh chicken manure is transported to the upper part of the air dryer through a conveyor belt → the dry and wet chicken manure mixer mixes the chicken manure → the mixed chicken manure is evenly spread on the upper drying plate (the thickness of chicken manure can reach 15-18 cm) → the driving device is used to drive the drying plate forward to gradually fall the chicken manure on the lower drying plate → the dry chicken manure is collected and gathered to the auger, which can be transported remotely. The size of the chicken manure dryer can be designed and manufactured according to the number of chickens and the location where the machine can be installed. Generally, each square meter of drying plate can dry the manure of 400-500 chickens.

1. Traditional manure treatment
Emits waste gas and wastewater, polluting the environment. Naturally fermented feces are rotten and wet, produce pungent odors, and cannot be completely fermented.
After fermentation, the water content is high and it is not easy to store and transport. Natural fermentation cannot effectively remove pathogens, larvae and other harmful substances in feces. The nutrients of fermented chicken manure are degraded, and the sales price is low, less than half of air-dried chicken manure.
2. Chicken manure air drying
The chicken manure dryer has the characteristics of quick installation, high intelligence, low energy consumption, low failure, high stability and long life. Achieve rapid dehydration, and treat new chicken manure to a moisture content of ≤29% within 24 to 48 hours. Block feces from breeding pests and diseases, and avoid threats to the environment and human health. The air-dried feces are easy to transport and store, reduce transportation and storage costs, and save resources. Dry chicken manure is a high-quality raw material for the later production of organic fertilizer or organic materials. The exhaust gas of air-dried chicken manure is easy to collect and centrally treat. The exhaust gas discharged by air drying meets environmental protection requirements and reduces the harm of harmful gases to poultry.
