Workflow and characteristics of disc granulator production line
As a mature and efficient granulation process, the disc granulation production line has become the choice of most customers due to its simple structure, flexible operation and strong adaptability.
As the name suggests, the disc granulation production line is a fertilizer granule production line that uses a disc granulator as the core equipment, and is composed of a fertilizer crusher, a fertilizer mixer machine, a fertilizer fermentation compost turning machine and other equipment.
The disc granulation line utilizes a wet fertilizer granulation process. Prior to granulation, the materials are batched and then placed in a fertilizer grinder for pulverization, reducing the material to a powdered form. The fertilizer is then stirred. During granulation, the mixed powder is fed into the disc granulator and sprayed with an appropriate amount of binder. The rotating discs cause the material to continuously roll and agglomerate, gradually forming spherical granules. The granulated wet fertilizer granules enter a drying system to remove moisture and are subsequently cooled to room temperature to enhance granule strength. After drying and cooling, the granules are screened, and qualified products are packaged. Unqualified granules are returned for regranulation.
The disc granulation production line can adapt to a variety of materials. The inclination angle and speed of the disc granulator can also be adjusted to change the diameter of the finished fertilizer particles. The granulation rate of the disc granulator can reach more than 80%. The finished fertilizer particles are uniform in size. The disc granulator equipment has the advantages of simple maintenance and long service life. The disc granulation production line has the characteristics of high granulation efficiency, good particle uniformity and strong adaptability. It is widely used in organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, biological fertilizer and other fields.
