November 9, 2025, Yangxi County, Yangjiang, Guangdong | Case Study: 6-8 Tons/Hour Combined Rotary Drum and Disc Organic Fertilizer Production Line

To overcome the industry bottlenecks of limited capacity and inconsistent product quality caused by traditional single-stage granulation equipment, a local agricultural enterprise in Yangxi County, Guangdong Province, upgraded its organic fertilizer deep-processing production line by adopting an industry-leading combined rotary drum and disc granulation process to create a high-quality, high-capacity organic fertilizer production project. On November 9, 2025, the entire production line was successfully installed and commissioned on-site, meeting production standards.

Compared to traditional single-stage granulation lines, this combined production line offers the dual advantages of high capacity and high quality. Rotary drum granulation handles large-scale rapid forming, ensuring production efficiency and meeting the demand for 6-8 tons/hour production; disc granulation handles fine rounding and shaping, optimizing the appearance and density of the finished product. The complementary nature of these two processes significantly improves the product qualification rate and quality. The equipment boasts exceptional raw material adaptability, compatible with a variety of organic materials such as well-rotted pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, straw, and mushroom residue. It is multi-functional and suitable for producing various types of organic fertilizers.

The entire production line is highly automated, integrating batching, mixing, granulation, drying, screening, and packaging into a streamlined process. This minimizes manual intervention, reduces production losses, and ensures stable and reliable operation. The produced granular organic fertilizer is uniform in appearance, has consistent nutrient content, and is resistant to moisture and powdering, making it ideal for large-scale cultivation of local fruits, vegetables, seedlings, and flowers. Furthermore, the high-end granular fertilizer commands a significantly higher price than ordinary powdered organic fertilizer, bringing greater economic benefits to customers.

After the project is implemented, it can facilitate the year-round large-scale utilization of local agricultural and livestock waste, achieving a cycle of planting and breeding, turning waste into treasure, and effectively solving the regional problem of manure and wastewater treatment. Stable production capacity and high-quality finished products will contribute to the standardization and upgrading of the local organic fertilizer industry, making it a benchmark demonstration project for combined granulation technology in western Guangdong.
