On May 30, 2026, the complete set of powdered fertilizer production line equipment for Malaysia was officially shipped to the project site after completing factory commissioning. This is the second set of powdered fertilizer production equipment shipped by Huaqiang Heavy Industry to Malaysia in 2026. The core configuration consists of a double-shaft mixer and a horizontal ribbon mixer, used to process raw materials such as palm bagasse and livestock manure into powdered organic fertilizer.

I. Project Background: Rising Demand for Powdered Fertilizer in Malaysia

Malaysia has a vast oil palm plantation area, with abundant biomass waste resources such as palm bagasse and palm fiber. Some local plantations and small and medium-sized fertilizer plants prefer to produce powdered organic fertilizer because of its low investment threshold, short process flow, and lack of need for drying and granulation, making it suitable for on-site waste disposal and direct return to the fields. This Malaysian customer previously used a simple manual mixing method, resulting in poor product uniformity and insufficient production capacity. To improve mixing uniformity and production efficiency, the customer decided to introduce Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s powdered fertilizer production line.

II. Equipment Configuration: Streamlined Process with Mixing as the Core

This powder production line, designed as a complete system by Huaqiang Heavy Industry, covers the entire process from raw material crushing to finished product packaging. Core equipment includes a semi-wet material crusher, a double-shaft mixer, a horizontal ribbon mixer, a drum screen, and an automatic packaging machine. The double-shaft mixer employs a twin-shaft counter-rotating design, creating convection and shearing within the tank, controlling the coefficient of variation (CV) of mixing uniformity to within 5%, suitable for organic materials with a moisture content of 20%–35%. The horizontal ribbon mixer is used for fine mixing of trace elements and auxiliary materials, ensuring consistent nutrient content in each batch. The entire line eliminates the need for granulation and drying; the matured material is directly packaged as powdered organic fertilizer after crushing, mixing, and screening, resulting in significantly lower investment and energy consumption compared to granular fertilizer production lines.

III. Optimization for Malaysian Raw Materials

Considering the characteristics of long palm bagasse fibers and high moisture content in Malaysia, Huaqiang Heavy Industry has specifically optimized the crusher blades and mixer anti-stick lining, effectively reducing material entanglement and adhesion to the walls. The electrical control system features enhanced moisture-proof and heat-dissipating measures to adapt to the high humidity of tropical environments. The equipment layout is compact and suitable for existing factory space.
