September 2, 2025, Dongga Town, Lang County, Nyingchi, Tibet | Case Study of a Powdered Organic Fertilizer Production Line

Dongga Town in Nyingchi, Tibet, is primarily engaged in ecological agriculture and animal husbandry. Local yak and sheep manure are high in organic matter and low in pollution, making them excellent natural organic fertilizer raw materials. In the past, due to a lack of professional processing equipment, these high-quality manure resources could not be effectively utilized, resulting in idle resources, indiscriminate dumping, and localized grassland pollution. To promote plateau ecological protection and agricultural and pastoral upgrading, the local government supported an organic fertilizer resource utilization project, successfully completing the overall installation and trial operation of a powdered organic fertilizer production line on September 2, 2025.

This powdered organic fertilizer production line eliminates complex granulation and drying processes, simplifying the process, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing adaptability, making it particularly suitable for the production capacity needs and power conditions of plateau regions. The entire set of equipment achieves integrated automated production of raw material crushing, mixing, fine screening, and finished product discharge, effectively solving the problems of poor composting, high impurities, and unstable fertilizer effects associated with traditional manual composting. The finished powdered organic fertilizer is high in purity, nutritionally balanced, and easy to use, and can be directly applied to ecological restoration, pasture planting, and the cultivation of highland specialty economic crops.

Considering the characteristics of Tibet’s winters—low temperatures, strong winds, and dry air—the equipment has undergone comprehensive antifreeze, dustproof, and rustproofing reinforcement. The equipment operates stably and is easy to maintain, significantly reducing maintenance difficulties and production costs in remote areas. The production line is highly automated, requiring only a small number of personnel to complete full-day production, making it ideal for small-scale organic fertilizer processing plants in townships.

The implementation of this project effectively revitalizes high-quality manure resources in the highlands, solving environmental problems in livestock farming while producing ecological organic fertilizer to support agricultural and livestock production. It is of great significance for improving highland soil structure, restoring grassland ecology, and increasing the added value of agricultural and livestock industries, becoming a benchmark project for integrated crop and livestock farming in high-altitude areas of Tibet.
